Women’s Psychotherapist
As women we are constantly changing and change is a process.
I provide a nurturing environment for women to explore their emotional and psychological well-being.
Changes in women’s lives are profound and have far reaching effects on every facet of our being. What if we could understand & appreciate the impact of these transitions in order to navigate them more compassionately.
Like many women, I juggle various roles…
My journey began in 2018, culminating in the attainment of my qualification in 2023, accredited by IACP in 2024. My venture into psychotherapy stemmed from my own transition into motherhood. Unsure if my thoughts and feelings were typical, I embarked on a quest for understanding, sparking my interest in the profession. Academic pursuits, combined with my personal encounter with maternal mental health, prompted me to ponder: if I'm experiencing these sentiments, are others too? This curiosity steered my studies. In 2023, I completed further studies of a Level 9 Certificate in Perinatal Mental Health at Dundalk IT.
