About Me
Combining personal passion with professional dedication
My focus lies in providing a nurturing environment for women to explore their emotional and psychological well-being, specialising particularly in maternal mental health. My studies and skills empower me to support women at various stages of their life journey, whether they are entering motherhood, traversing its challenges, or moving beyond.
I adopt an empathetic approach, allowing clients to decide the pace of their journey. Employing an integrative methodology, I tailor my interventions to meet clients precisely where they are emotionally and psychologically. Recognising that individuals respond uniquely to trauma, I leverage a diverse toolkit of techniques, education, and theories to facilitate their path to healing and recovery.
I am proud to be accredited by the IACP and recognised by leading healthcare insurers, ensuring that I uphold the highest standards of care and professionalism in my practice.

Behind The Feathers
When flamingos raise their young, they often lose their pink and their feathers fade. Flamingo mama’s are experiencing the most intense process during the breeding season, incubating eggs and feeding their chicks "crop milk." This demands a lot of energy that drains the vibrancy of their colour, showing their commitment to their chicks' survival over their own bright appearance.
This story always resonates with my clients who can often feel that they lose part of themselves during their motherhood journey.
The good news is that this is temporary for flamingos and through proper care and time you too can recover your unique vibrancy and colour.
